Styling your house for staging using your own furniture and pieces.

We can come into your house and use your exsisting furniture and bedding to make it market ready with the option of hiring a piece or two.

How it works

1.

Get in touch with us either through your real estate agent or through us directly.

2.

We will go onsite to measure your spaces, take photos and get an idea of the style you wish to create. We can either meet you there or your agent. If your unavailable to meet we can call or video chat to discuss.

We provide you a free quote within 24 hours of being onsite detailing the stage and what is required.

5.

Upon confirmation of your booking we work out an install date. Generally just a few days before photos are taken of the house.

From there we design, plan and gather the stock to create your look. We can do a standard dressing in a 7 day turn around time period. Occasionally we can achieve a faster turn around if required.

Once we get to the end of your hire period (six weeks) or if the house sells before this we arrange a time for collection. If further hire is required we can do this on a weekly charge out basis.

Your house has been sold and the new owner is very happy visualising their new home layout with ease. Your house has been sold faster and for a higher price because thats what good Home Staging does!

questions & answers

01/

How long is a Hire period?

A standard hire period is 6 weeks. If your house sells before this time we can arrange an early collection date although full payment is still required.

If you need the staging past the 6 week period based on availability we can extend this on a week by week basis.

02/

What areas do you cover?

Generally we will cover anywhere from Whangamata to Southern Auckland.

Whangamata, Pauanui, Tairua, Whitianga, Thames, Waihi, Paeroa, Miranda, Bombay, Pukekohe and all surrounding areas.

Depending on your location a small travel fee maybe included.

What are your hours?

Because we are working in an area where a lot of places are holidays homes we are very flexible on meeting for consultation.

We are available for this 7 days a week and flexible on hours.

Our staging will be dressed and collected during the week mon-fri between 9-4pm

What are you payment terms?

On agreement of your quote a 50% deposit will be required and the remaining 50% will be payable within 7 days of your staging dressed in your house. Signing our terms and conditions means you are agreeing to pay the full amount with in the time period or your booking will be cancelled.

How much notice do you need for a booking?

Generally 7 days notice to day of staging is required subject to stock availability. Always ask if you need a fast turn around as its something we can do on the odd occasion

How does the staging day go?

We like to arrive at the property already prior cleaned in the morning. Loading of furniture will have been done the day before. It will take about 4 to 5 hours to dress a full house depending on the volume of furniture needed. We like to ask that no owners or agents are at the property at the time we dress the house to ensure we can get things done in the appropriate time frame. They are welcome although to walk through the house with us after we are finished.
